Aqua Suites is a pair of buildings with 150 studios and 1 BHK homes on 5.72 acres at Bagmala. Studios and 1 BHK homes measure about 520 to 530 sq ft on the project page. It suits a holiday home or a rental that is easy to maintain.
Estates run from 5,000 to 12,000 sq ft inside a gated community with a clubhouse, pool and sports courts, indicatively from ₹16.15 Cr. The township's later phases include plots and villas.
Alibaug is reached from Mumbai by road or by ferry across the harbour. The Mumbai Trans Harbour Link has shortened the road trip from Navi Mumbai. Always check monsoon access and road conditions.
