The Estates in Alibaug offers large private plots with villas from 5,000 to 12,000 sq ft inside a gated community. The indicative starting price is about ₹16.15 Cr. A clubhouse, pool and sports courts are part of the plan.
Alibaug can be reached from Mumbai by road or by ferry across the harbour. It is popular with Mumbai families for weekend homes and with investors who plan to rent the property. Ask about road and water-taxi access, and about monsoon access to the site.
Cloud Infinity Premium Villas is marketed with Eleva by Hiranandani. It has 44 villas in four blocks (A to D) with 3 and 4 BHK layouts, and about 1.4 lakh sq ft of construction. The site is at Bainguinim in Tiswadi, east of Panjim and a short drive from Old Goa. The Goa RERA number is PRGO03262696.
Hiranandani Villas Goa is a separate listing of gated villas with a clubhouse and private space. Exact location and sizes are shared on enquiry. Goa villas suit buyers who want a second home or a rental, so ask about the property manager and rental options.
The Hiranandani–Krisala township in Nagpur is mainly a plotted project, with plots from 1,200 to 2,400 sq ft. It also lists a villa option, and 3 and 4 BHK villas are said to be planned. This suits buyers who want a house in a gated township at a lower budget than a coastal villa.
Nagpur is a central Indian city with the MIHAN business zone and strong road links. Ask which villa sizes are ready for booking and which are still planned.
