Golden Willows is part of the ₹1,000 Cr sector announced in 2023. It has 1 BHK homes from 490 sq ft of RERA carpet, plus 2 and 3 BHK homes, with a clubhouse and pool. Prices run from about ₹70 Lakh to above ₹2 Cr, and handover is listed for Dec 2031.
Fortune City is a planned township, so retail, offices and green spaces sit inside it. The Mumbai Trans Harbour Link, the new Navi Mumbai airport belt and road links to the Mumbai–Pune Expressway have raised interest in Panvel. Panvel is also a rail junction.
